Meet Natt
Owner / Chef
Natt's culinary journey began in the bustling kitchens of his family's restaurant in Bangkok, where he learned the art of cooking from his elders.
With an innate love for food, he traveled across Thailand in the late 1980s, exploring diverse regional flavours and experimenting with ingredients to develop his own unique style.
Though he never formally trained as a chef, he honed his skills through learning from others and by taking a food carving course that taught him the beauty of intricate designs in fruits and vegetables.

Meet Phen
Owner / Front of House
Phen's love for food was cultivated at a young age, inspired by the vibrant Thai food markets, where she would often spend her time at whilst helping her elders at their own stalls.
​
With specialisation in hospitality from esteemed hotels in Bangkok, Phen holds qualifications in restaurant and bar management.
And the rest was history...
After meeting in Bangkok, they embarked on their professional journey together landing positions in 5 star hotels in Thailand before they embraced the opportunity to move to the UK in 1991.

After three years in Bournemouth, they received an offer to bring their talents and dedication to Chelmsford, where they have proudly owned the restaurant since 2009.
